The Vitagraph
This 350,000 SF residential development delivers 302-units of redefined modern living with spacious, light-filled apartments featuring hardwood floors, Caesarstone countertops, smart technology integration and in-home washer/dryers. Amenities include underground parking, a fully equipped gym, business lounge, kids’ playroom, building-owned bikes, secure package lockers, and a vibrant outdoor courtyard. Select units offer private balconies or roof terraces. With the site’s iconic smokestack preserved, it’s where history meets modern comfort.




West 75th Street
A former two-story stable house transformed into a boutique luxury condominium. The building features six full-floor residences—each with private outdoor space—and a ground-floor commercial unit. A refined façade of porcelain stone, dark metal panels, and exposed steel complements a lobby finished in polished Calacatta marble.

Each home offers large windows, wide ash-brown oak floors, soffit-detailed ceilings, custom cabinetry, Ann Sacks tile, radiant-heat bathroom floors, open kitchens with Miele appliances and Silestone counters, in-unit laundry, and key-locked elevator access. Amenities include a virtual doorman, gym, private storage, bike and cold storage, and a dedicated trash and recycling chute.

The crown jewel is the seventh-floor penthouse, a 2,373 SF residence with a 1,416 SF private roof terrace featuring a pergola and dramatic city views.




Comprehensive Care Under One Roof
These state-certified Adult Daycare and medically intensive PACE centers are designed to help seniors age safely and independently at home while receiving the highest level of coordinated care. The facilities bring a full Interdisciplinary Team—including physicians, nurses, social workers, therapists, home care aides, transportation staff, and activities specialists—together in one place to deliver a comprehensive healthcare and social support program.
The centers features clinical exam rooms, wellness and triage spaces, isolation and negative-pressure rooms, a physical therapy suite, medication and lab areas, personal care rooms, showers, and laundry services. Participants enjoy social and recreational programming, technology stations, quiet rooms for cognitive support, and comfortable indoor and outdoor areas—including a required smoking area—with calming décor, natural light, and wheelchair-accessible, height-adjustable furniture.
A commercial warming kitchen, breakfast/beverage station, and dining areas support daily meals, while home-delivered meals extend nutrition services beyond the center. Secure transportation is provided to and from the program, with a covered drop-off canopy, bus & wheelchair-cleaning access, and ample parking.
Security and compliance are fully integrated, including fob and card access, surveillance cameras, wander-guard protection, panic buttons, ADA compliance, and a two-door entry vestibule. Staff benefit from dedicated office space, conference rooms, an IT room, and a break lounge with lockers.
Purposefully designed to pass rigorous state readiness reviews, the center ensures privacy, dignity, safety, and seamless access to medical and social services—empowering seniors to live well, stay connected, and thrive in their communities.




Prewar Triplex Loft Transformation
This project involved a complete gut renovation of the 5th floor and the construction of a new 6th floor and penthouse atop a landmark prewar, floor-through loft cooperative originally built in 1867. Preserving the building’s historic character—including exposed brick, —this transformation created a luxurious 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath triplex loft spanning approximately 1,871 SF with an additional 1,200 SF of private outdoor space.

A key-locked elevator opens directly into an oversized foyer with double-wide windows and video security. Inside, new wide-plank white oak floors, lime-washed brick, and soaring 12.5–14 ft. ceilings highlight the 40-foot open living and entertaining area. The custom Snaidero kitchen features stone countertops, an eat-in island, and top-tier appliances from Wolf, Miele, and Sub-Zero.

The primary suite offers a south-facing terrace, custom walk-in closet, and spa-like bathroom with a double vanity, rain shower, and outdoor shower. The second bedroom includes its own terrace and marble-clad bath, enhanced by new aluminum lift-slide door systems for seamless indoor-outdoor flow.

The penthouse level features a stunning solarium with a gas fireplace and mahogany accordion-style doors opening to a rooftop terrace outfitted with an outdoor kitchen, glass guardrails, breathtaking city views—and upgraded with elegant porcelain pavers.
Additional comforts include smart home technology, Lutron lighting, a built-in audio/visual system, central air, new window trims and sills, in-unit washer/dryer, and private storage.




Multi-Level Expansion
This former Tudor-style home underwent a comprehensive full gut renovation with significant additions —transforming a 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath residence into a 6-bedroom, 4.5-bath modern family home.

The basement was expanded with a new crawl space and reimagined to include a laundry room, guest bedroom and bathroom, recreation room, mechanical room, and a safe egress window with window well. The first floor was fully reconfigured, featuring an enlarged new gourmet eat-in kitchen, a new masonry patio off the sliding doors, a redesigned powder room, new 4" red oak hardwood floors, an updated fireplace surround, and the removal of the wall between the living and dining rooms for an open, flowing layout. A new stone stoop and steps elevate the front entry.

On the second floor, a luxurious new master ensuite with a custom walk-in closet was created, accompanied by a new hall bath. A new rear staircase leads to the fully finished third level, now home to two additional bedrooms and a full bath.

Upgrades include all new windows, doors, fixtures, closed-cell spray foam insulation, new water meter, a new asphalt shingle roof, new siding to replace the original stucco, and an extended chimney for proper clearance at the higher roofline. Exterior improvements also included removal of a dead oak tree, new grass, and refreshed landscaping.




Passaic Expansion
This transformative project involved a full gut renovation and substantial 2,806 SF addition to a two-story residence with an existing garage. Originally a 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath home, the property was expanded into an 8-bedroom, 6-bath modern family residence designed for comfort, functionality, and long-term living.
The redesigned layout includes a new master suite with a spa-style bathroom and walk-in closet, a Jack & Jill bathroom connecting two children’s bedrooms, and a fully finished attic featuring two additional bedrooms, a full bathroom, and dedicated office space. A second-floor laundry room and added storage throughout the home enhance everyday convenience.
The lower level includes an additional kitchen and fully updated mechanical systems, including a new sump pump and French drain system, new boiler, and a complete 4-zone forced-air HVAC installation.
The heart of the home—its expanded eat-in kitchen—features a large walk-in pantry, butler’s pantry, and a connected den for seamless family living. A new mudroom off the driveway adds functionality, while a freshly built backyard deck extends the living space outdoors. Hooks were installed in the basement playroom joists to support a children’s climbing gym.
Exterior upgrades include full brick removal, new roofing, and modern siding, resulting in a completely revitalized and expanded home tailored for a large and growing family.




Clifton Remodel
This renovation completely reimagined the home with an open-concept first floor, a custom reclaimed-wood epoxy kitchen island, new wood flooring, a media room, and a dedicated office. Bathrooms were fully updated, bedrooms and the basement were reconfigured for better space and storage, the laundry room was redesigned for functionality, and creative solutions—like adding a refrigerator under the stairs—helped maximize every inch of the house.




Lakehouse Vacation House
This summer residence underwent a full transformation focused on smarter layouts, modern comfort, and maximizing lake views. The kitchen was updated with new tile, countertops, and an added island sink overlooking the water. The oversized hall bath was reconfigured into two, creating a private master bathroom with an aging-friendly curbless shower. An open loft was converted into two new bedrooms and two bathrooms, while the basement was redesigned with bi-fold doors to enhance indoor/outdoor living and expand lake vistas. Additional upgrades included new mini splits in every bedroom, fresh paint throughout, updated fixtures, improved closet access, and enhanced climate control—all contributing to a more functional, comfortable, and scenic getaway.




Brook
This whole-home renovation and 1,300+ SF addition completely reinvented the property, turning a dated 4-bed/1-bath layout into a modern 6-bedroom home with generous living spaces and upgraded comfort throughout. The new floorplan features a spacious eat-in kitchen, expanded living and dining areas, a den, mudroom, and a private guest suite converted from the garage. The new master suite offers dual walk-in closets and a dedicated office, and the attic has been fully prepped for a future bedroom and bathroom—allowing the home to grow with the family.
Major system upgrades, including new electrical, a subpanel, two HVAC systems, a sump pump, and a generator hookup, provide long-term reliability. Exterior improvements such as new siding, roof shingles, a masonry walkway, a new deck, and custom handrails elevate the curb appeal. Inside, new wood floors, a basement plumbed for a future bathroom, and a convenient second-floor laundry chute complete this top-to-bottom transformation.




Park
This renovation included a full gut and complete redesign of the kitchen to create a more functional, family-friendly layout with better flow for a growing household. The powder room off the kitchen was refreshed with new tile and a new vanity, and a private backyard deck was added to extend the home’s living and entertaining space.




Garage-to-Gourmet Transformation
This full-gut renovation reimagined the entire home, highlighted by converting the former garage into a stunning new kitchen and adding a freshly poured driveway for a clean, modern exterior approach. The first floor now features a luxurious new master suite complete with a custom walk-in closet and spa-style bathroom, while a new second bedroom and hallway bath enhance functionality.
The living and dining areas were refreshed for a brighter, more open feel, and the second-floor bedroom received an expanded bathroom and enlarged walk-in closet for added comfort. The basement was fully refinished and reconfigured to include a dedicated laundry room, workout area, play space, and a completely renovated bathroom. Additional upgrades include new mini splits, new basement and kitchen windows, and a new landing and stairs connecting the kitchen directly to the backyard—creating seamless indoor-outdoor living.
